Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Any dispute arising from false or legally incorrect claims shall result in the rejection of the manuscript for publication. In the event that such issues are discovered after publication, the author shall bear sole responsibility for any resulting disputes.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Review Articles

Authors submitting review articles to the Journal are requested to adhere to the following conditions and guidelines to ensure the quality, originality, and ethical integrity of their work.

  1. Scope and Relevance

    • The review article must be within the thematic scope and aims of the Journal.

    • It should address current developments, emerging trends, or significant advancements in the respective field.

  2. Originality and Plagiarism

    • The manuscript must be original and not previously published in whole or in part elsewhere.

    • Authors must ensure the work is free from plagiarism. All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software.

  3. Authorship and Contributions

    • All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the conception, analysis, and writing of the review.

    • The corresponding author should confirm that all co-authors have approved the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission. 

  4. Literature Coverage and Critical Analysis

    •  The review should be comprehensive and balanced, citing recent and relevant literature.

    • It should provide a critical analysis rather than a mere summary of existing works. 

  5. Type of the Review

    • The review should be clearly mentioned whether it is comprehensive or systematic.
  6. Ethical Considerations

    • Authors must properly acknowledge all sources and obtain permission for any copyrighted material used.

    • Any conflicts of interest or funding sources must be clearly stated

Short Communication

Purpose

  • To report significant findings quickly.

  • To share preliminary results, novel methods, or unique observations.

  • To stimulate further research in a particular area.

Protocol

Instructions for Protocol Articles 

A Protocol Article presents detailed, step-by-step methodologies enabling reproducibility of research. It must describe original or significantly improved procedures with ethical and technical clarity.

Structure

  1. Title Page: Title, authors, affiliations, and contact details.
  2. Abstract (250–300 words): Background, objectives, methods, and expected outcomes.
  3. Keywords: 4–6 terms.
  4. Main Sections:

·       Materials & Equipment

·       Methods/Procedures (stepwise, detailed)

·       Expected Results

·       Troubleshooting

·       Limitations

·       Ethical Considerations

Requirements

  • Ensure clarity, originality, and reproducibility.
  • Include ethical approval for human/animal studies.
  • Figures (≥300 dpi) and tables must have clear legends.
  • Supplementary data, videos, or codes may be provided.
